CareScope project to promote health care access, reduce ER visits
The state of Minnesota has funded a project to reduce emergency room utilization by connecting patients with primary care. The Department of Human Services has selected Data Futures to manage project services and to implement its CareScope community health software.

AMPA Coordinates Volunteer Physician Services for Uninsured with CareScope
Appalachian Mountain Project Access (AMPA) was formed in 2007 and has provided access to and coordinated healthcare services for uninsured, low income community members. In a move to promote voluntary services donated by local healthcare providers, AMPA has implemented CareScope's Client, Eligibility, and Volunteer Physician Tracking modules.
